الشَّرَابْ الطَّهُورْ
The Purest Drink

Supplication

اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ وَبَارِكْ عَلَيْهْ وَعَلىَ آلِهْ
Allahumma ṣalli wasallim wabārik ʿalayh waʿala ālih
Oh Allāh, send Your mercy, peace and blessings upon him and his Family
يَارَبِّ بِالْمُخْتَارِ أَكْرَمِ شَافِعٍ
أَصْلِحْ لَنَا الْأَحْوَالَ جَنِّبْنَا الرَّدَى
yārabbi bil mukhtāri akrami shāfiʿin
aṣliḥ lanal aḥwāla jannibnar radā
O Lord, by Your chosen one, the most munificent of intercessors,
Set right our states and save us from ruin
وَاصْلِحْ شُؤُونَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَعَافِهِمْ
وَتَوَلَّهُمْ وَادْفَعْ شُرُوْرَ مَنِ اعْتَدَى
waṣ liḥ shuūnal muslimīna waʿāfihim
watawallahum wad faʿ shuruwra maniʿ tadā
Set straight the affairs of Muslims, pardon them,
Manage their every affair, and repel the evil of those who transgress
يَارَبِّ وَاجْمَعْ شَمْلَهُمْ وَالْطُفْ بِهِمْ
وَانْصُرْ بِهِمْ دِيْنَ النَّبِيِّ وَأَيِّدَا
yārabbi waj maʿ shamlahum wal ṭuf bihim
wan ṣur bihim diynan nabiyyi wa ayyidā
O Lord, increase them in unity, be gentle with them,
And, through them, assist and aid the religion of the Prophet
ثَبِّتْ لَنَا الْأَقْدَامَ وَاغْفِرْ ذَنْبَنَا
وَانْشُرْ بِنَا فِيْ الْكَوْنِ أَنْوَارَ الْهُدَى
thabbit lanal aqdāma wagh fir dhanbanā
wan shur binā fiyil kawni anwāral hudā
Make us firm and resolute, forgive our sins,
And through us, spread the illuminations of guidance in the world
وَانْظُرْ إِلَيْنَا أَجْمَعِيْنَ وَعَافِنَا
سِرَّاً وَجَهْرَاً وَاشْفِنَا مِنْ كُلِّ دَا
wan ẓur ilaynā ajmaʿiyna waʿāfinā
sirrāan wajahrāan wash finā min kulli dā
Look upon us all with Divine consideration,
Erase our wrongs in secret and public, and cure us from every ailment
حُسْنَ الْيَقِيْنِ مِنْكَ هَبْنَا وَاحْمِنَا
وَاحْمِ حِمَانَا وَاكْفِنَا شَرَّ الْعَدَا
ḥusnal yaqiyni minka habnā waḥ minā
waḥ mi ḥimānā wak finā sharral ʿadā
Gift us true and beautiful certainty in You, protect us,
Safeguard our sanctuaries, and suffice us from the evil of hostility
وَاقْضِ لَنَا الْحَاجَاتِ أَجْمَعَهَا وَزِدْ
يَاوَاسِعَ الأَفْضَالِ مِنْكَ مَحَامِدَا
waq ḍi lanal ḥājāti ajmaʿahā wazid
yāwāsiʿal afḍāli minka maḥāmidā
Fulfil for us all our needs,
And increase us – as a gift from you – in the most excellent of virtues, O Magnificent in Kindness
وَاخْتِمْ لَنَا الْأَعْمَارَ بِالْحُسْنَى وَفِي الْــ
فِرْدَوْسِ فَاجْمَعْنَا بِطَهَ أَحْمَدَا
wakh tim lanal aʿmāra bil ḥusnā wafīl
firdawsi faj maʿnā biṭaha aḥmadā
Conclude our lives with goodness,
And unite us with Ṭaha, Aḥmad, in the garden of Firdaws
وَبِمَقْعَدِ الصِّدْقِ نُشَاهِدُ وَجْهَهُ
بِحَضَائِرِ الْقُدْسِ مَنَازِلِ شُهَدَا
wabimaqʿadiṣ ṣidqi nushāhidu wajhahu
biḥaḍā’iril qudsi manāzili shuhadā
And on seats of honour, let us gaze upon his face
In the vanguard of the sacred, the ranks of the martyrs
وَبِجَاهِهِ يَا رَبِّ فَاجْعَلْنَا بِهِ
مِنْ أَسْعَدِ الْقَوْمِ الْكِرَامِ السُّعَدَا
wabijāhihi yā rabbi faj ʿalnā bihi
min asʿadil qawmil kirāmis suʿadā
By his status, O Lord, elect us
As the most contented of people, honoured and exultant
وَأَدِمْ صَلَاتَكَ وَالسَّلَامَ عَلَيْهِ مَا
هَبَّ الصَّبَا بِالْفَتْحِ أَوْ حَادٍ حَدَا
wa adim ṣalātaka was salāma ʿalayhi mā
habbaṣ ṣabā bil fatḥi aw ḥādin ḥadā
Send your Salutations and Peace perpetually upon him,
As long as the East Wind brings bounty, or the camel driver chants his melodies,
وَالْآلِ أَهْلِ الطُّهْرِ وَالصَّحْبِ الْكِرَامِ
وَتَابِعٍ بِحَبِيْبِكَ الطُّهْرِ اقْتَدَى
wal āli ahliṭ ṭuhri waṣ ṣaḥbil kirāmi
watābiʿin biḥabiybikaṭ ṭuhriq tadā
And upon his purified family, noble companions,
And the one who follows the guidance of your most virtuous beloved
﴿ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ ۝ وَسَلَامٌ عَلَى الْمُرْسَلِينَ ۝ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ۝ ﴾
subḥāna rabbika rabbil ʿizzati ʿammā yaṣifūna wasalāmun ʿalal mursalīna wal ḥamdu lillāhi rabbil ʿālamīna
Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Might, beyond what they describe. And peace be upon the Messengers, and praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds
