The Purest Drink

Chapter 1

اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ وَبَارِكْ عَلَيْهْ وَعَلىَ آلِهْ
Allahumma ṣalli wasallim wabārik ʿalayh waʿala ālih
Oh Allāh, send Your mercy, peace and blessings upon him and his Family
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيم
bismillāhir raḥmanir raḥīm
In the Name of Allāh, the Beneficent, the Merciful
يَا رَبِّ صَـلِّ عَـلَى مُـحَمَّدْ
يَا رَبِّ صَــلِّ عَلَـــيـْـهِ وَسَلِّمْ
yā rabbi ṣalli ʿalā muḥammad
yā rabbi ṣalli ʿalayhi wasallim
My Lord, send Your Mercy upon Muḥammad
My Lord, Send Your Mercy and Peace upon him
يَا رَبِّ صَـلِّ عَـلَى مُـحَمَّدْ
خَيْرِ الوَرَى جَامِعِ المَحَامِدْ
yā rabbi ṣalli ʿalā muḥammad
khayril warā jāmiʿil maḥāmid
My Lord send Your Mercy upon Muḥammad
The best of creation, the possessor of praiseworthy virtues
يَا رَبِّ صَـلِّ عَـلَى مُـحَمَّدْ
الطُّهْرِ سَيِّدِ كُلِّ سَاجِدْ
yā rabbi ṣalli ʿalā muḥammad
aṭ ṭuhri sayyidi kulli sājid
My Lord send Your Mercy upon Muḥammad
The pure, master of all who prostrate
يَا رَبِّ صَـلِّ عَـلَى مُـحَمَّدْ
زَيْنِ الوُجُودِ أَجَلِّ عَابِدْ
yā rabbi ṣalli ʿalā muḥammad
zaynil wujūdi ajalli ʿābid
My Lord send Your Mercy upon Muḥammad
The splendour of existence, the master of all worshippers
يَا رَبِّ صَـلِّ عَـلَى مُـحَمَّدْ
وَامْنَحْ وَصَفِّ لَنَا الْمَوَارِدْ
yā rabbi ṣalli ʿalā muḥammad
wam naḥ waṣaffi lanal mawārid
My Lord send Your Mercy upon Muḥammad
Grace and purify for us all our spiritual avenues
يَا رَبِّ صَـلِّ عَـلَى مُـحَمَّدْ
وَجُدْ وَوَسِّعْ لَنَا الْمَشَاهِدْ
yā rabbi ṣalli ʿalā muḥammad
wajud wawassiʿ lanal mashāhid
My Lord send Your Mercy upon Muḥammad
Be generous and expand our spiritual witnessing
يَا رَبِّ صَـلِّ عَـلَى مُـحَمَّدْ
وَأَعْطِنَا السُّولَ وَالْمَقَاصِدْ
yā rabbi ṣalli ʿalā muḥammad
wa aʿṭinas sūla wal maqāṣid
My Lord send Your Mercy upon Muḥammad
Grant our requests and realise our expectations
يَا رَبِّ صَـلِّ عَـلَى مُـحَمَّدْ
وَالآلِ مَعْ صَحْبِهِ الْأمَاجِدْ
yā rabbi ṣalli ʿalā muḥammad
wal āli maʿ ṣaḥbihil āmājid
My Lord send Your Mercy upon Muḥammad
And his household together with his sublime companions
يَا رَبِّ صَـلِّ عَـلَى مُـحَمَّدْ
يَارَبِّ صَلِّ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمْ
yā rabbi ṣalli ʿalā muḥammad
yārabbi ṣalli ʿalayhi wasallim
My Lord send Your Mercy upon Muḥammad
My Lord send Your Mercy and Peace upon him
