بِفَاطِمَةْ قَدْ صَفَا حَالِي
By Fatima, My State Has Been Purified

بِفَاطِمَةْ قَدْ صَفَا حَالِي وَنِلْتُ الْمَرَامْ
بِضْعَة مُحَمَّدْ حَبِيبِ اللهْ خَيْرِ الْأَنَامْ
bifāṭimah qad ṣafā ḥālī waniltul marām
biḍʿah muḥammad ḥabībillāh khayril anām
By Fatima my state has been purified and I’ve attained all that I seek,
A part of Muhammad, Allah’s Beloved, the best of humanity
أَعْلَى لَهَا اللهْ قَدْراً فِي الْعُلَا وَالْمَقَامْ
نِعْمَ الْبَتُولْ الْرَّضِيَّةْ نُورْ كُلِّ الْظَّلَامْ
aʿlā laha Allah qadran fīl ʿulā wal maqām
niʿmal batūlal rraḍiyyah nūr kullil ẓẓalām
Allah raised her rank and station to the highest,
How excellent is the Chaste, Pleasing One, a light in every darkness
أُمِّ الْحَسَنْ وَالْحُسَيْنْ أَهْلِ الْمَرْقَى الْعِظَامْ
لَهُمْ عَطَايَا مِنَ الْمَوْلَى كِبَارٌ جِسَامْ
ummil ḥasan wal ḥusayn ahlil marqal ʿiẓām
lahum ʿaṭāyā minal mawlā kibārun jisām
Mother of al Hasan and al Husayn, of tremendous ascension,
Recipients of grand, momentous Divine gifts
هُمْ سَادَةَ أَهْلِ الْجِنَانِ الْعَالِيَةْ يَا غُلَامْ
مَنْ حَبَّهُمْ صِدِقْ بَا يِسْكُنْ بِدَارِ الْسَّلَامْ
hum sādata ahlil jinānil ʿāliyah yā ghulām
man ḥabbahum ṣidiq ba a yiskun bidāril ssalām
They are the masters of the highest paradise,
Whoever loves them truthfully will dwell in the abode of peace
وَمَنْ تَعَلَّقْ بِهِمْ يَظْفَرْ بِنَيْلِ الْمَرَامْ
أَكْرَمْتِ يَا بِضْعَةَ أَحْمَدْ فَانْعَمِي بِالْتَّمَامْ
waman taʿallaq bihim yaẓfar binaylil marām
akramti yā biḍʿata aḥmad fan ʿamī bil ttamām
And whoever attaches himself to them shall attain all desires,
How generous you are, O piece of Ahmed, so please complete the favor
وَامْنَحِي عَبْدَكُمْ فِي الْقُرْبْ أَعْلَى وِسَامْ
نَقُومْ بِحَمِلْ الْرَّيَاتِ الْهُدَ أَحْسَنْ قِيَامْ
wam naḥī ʿabdakum fīl qurb aʿlā wisām
naqūm biḥamilal rrayātil huda aḥsan qiyām
And confer upon your slave the highest distinction of proximity,
The distinction of upholding the Flag of guidance most excellently
تَعُمْ دَعْوَتُهْ فِي الْأَكْوَانْ كُلِّ الْأَنَامْ
نِلْبَسْ خِلَعْ إِرْثْ مَا يَصِفْ سَنَاهَا كَلَامْ
taʿum daʿwatuh fīl akwan kullil anām
nilbas khilaʿ irth mā yaṣif sanāhā kalām
So that the Prophets call encompasses all humanity,
And thus we are dressed with the robe of Prophetic inheritance, whose brilliance is indescribable
يَا نُورْ قَلْبِي وَيَا أُمِّي عَلَيْكِ الْسَّلَامْ
فِي كُلِّ حَالٍ وَشَأْنٍ كُلِّ لَحْظَةْ دَوَامْ
yā nūr qalbī wayā ummī ʿalaykil ssalām
fī kulli ḥālin washa’nin kulli laḥẓah dawam
O light of my heart, o my mother, upon you be peace,
Perpetual in every state, affair, moment
عَلَيْكِ صَلَّى إِلَهِي مَعَ أَبِيكِ الْإِمَامْ
إِمَامْ كُلِّ الْوَرَى فِي كُلِّ خَاصٍّ وَعَامْ
ʿalayki ṣallā ilahī maʿa abīkil imām
imām kullil warā fī kulli khāṣṣin waʿām
May Allah send Blessings upon you along with your Father, the Imam,
Imam of all creation, the elite and the commoners
الْشَّافِعِ الْمُبْتَغَ يَوْمَ الْلِّقَاءْ وَالْزَّهَامْ
يَوْمِ الْمَلَائِكْ تُنَادِي جَمِعْ كُلِّ الْأَنَامْ
alshshāfiʿil mubtagha yawmal lliqā’ wal zzahām
yawmil malā’ik tunādī jamiʿ kullil anām
The sought over intercessor on the day of meeting and thronging,
The day the angels call out to all in the assembly
غُضُّوا أَبْصَارَكُمْ تَمُرْ بِنْتِ الْنَّبِيِ بِالْسَّلَامْ
وَنَكِّسُوا رُؤُوسَكُمْ مَا أَعْظَمَهْ وَاللهْ مَقَامْ
ghuḍḍū abṣārakum tamur bintil nnabiyi bil ssalām
wanakkisū ruūsakum mā aʿẓamah wa Allah maqām
“Lower your gaze for the daughter of the Prophet is passing in safety,
and bow your heads” O how tremendous a station!
تِذَكَرِينِي مَعَكِ أَعْبُرْ وَمَنْ لَهُ ذِمَامْ
حَاشَاكِ يَا أُمَّنَا تِنْسِينْ هَذَا الْغُلَامْ
tidhakarīnī maʿaki aʿbur waman lahu dhimām
ḥāshāki yā ummanā tinsīn hadhal ghulām
Remember me, that I may cross with you, along with under your care,
Far be it for you, O mother, to forget this boy of yours!
مَحْسُوبَكُمْ يَرْتَجِيهْ مِنْكُمْ بِهِ الْإِهْتِمَامْ
أَنْتُمْ مَرَامُهْ وَمَقْصُودُهْ وَنِعْمَ الْمَرَامْ
maḥsūbakum yartajīh minkum bihil ihtimām
antum marāmuh wamaqṣūduh waniʿmal marām
Your child is hoping for your attention,
You are his goal and desire, and what an excellent desire!
يَا بِنْتَ طه فُؤَادِي فِي مَحَبَّتِكْ هَامْ
وَاللهْ أَنْتُمْ مُرَادِي فِي الْدُّنَا وَالْقِيَامْ
yā binta ṭh fuādī fī maḥabbatik hām
wa Allah antum murādī fīl ddunā wal qiyām
O daughter of Taha, my heart is enraptured by your love,
By Allah, you are my desire in this world and the Resurrection
وَمَا أَنَا إِلَّا بِكُمْ يَا سَادَتِي يَا كِرَامْ
عَلَيْكِ مَعَ وَالِدِكْ أَزْكَى الْصَّلَاةْ وَالسَّلَامْ
wamā anā illā bikum yā sādatī yā kirām
ʿalayki maʿa wālidik azkal ṣṣalāh was salām
And I am through none other than you, O my generous masters,
Upon you with your parents be the purest of salutation and peace
وَأَهْلِ الْكِسَاءْ وَأَهْلِ بَيْتِهْ عَالِيِّينَ الْمَقَامْ
وَالْصَّحْبْ أَجْمَعْ وَمَنْ عَلَى هُدَاهْ اِسْتَقَامْ
wa ahlil kisā’ wa ahli baytih ʿāliyyīnal maqām
wal ṣṣaḥb ajmaʿ waman ʿalā hudāh istaqām
And the people of the cloak and his family; all of lofty stations,
And all the companions and those steadfast upon guidance
