In the love of Ahmad, my blood is shed

And love for any other is, by me, forsaken

My affection is sincere, containing no doubts

My word is true, all else is falsehood

Indeed, I am a slave of Muhammad, possessed by him

Indeed the Prophet, with his sandal, trod the heavens

When he ascended to the highest of its summits

Were it not for him, existence would not have emerged from the void

I swear by him, were it not for him, the Sanctuary would never be mentioned

Nor would the heights or Tabuk ever be sought

From his essence, all manifestation was completed

And it is the inward reality for all that began therefrom

For he is existence, and all else within him has vanished

A moon whose light shone forth, and thus was torn the

Illusory, the surmised, and the doubted

By the splendor of his knowledges, our certainty is perfected

And through him, we emerged from the mysteries of our latency

And through him, the origin of our clay rose high in the cosmos

By his proof, the rites of our religion were established

And the swift camels travel with us towards him

If he calls, the beings hasten in response

He cast the dust, and that was a direct hit

For his loftiness, as he surpassed all creation in nobility

A rank before which kings humble themselves in awe

And a gift by which the pauper finds honor

He is for Prophethood the gemstone of a unique crown

And for its horizon, he is the full moon of the easts

When the Truth called him with the call of a lover

He traversed the night journey upon the shoulders of a swift steed

Its chewed bit held firmly within his hands

He pierced the seven heavens by night and ascended

Until he drew near to his Lord and attained realization

At the distance of two bows' length, the meeting was confirmed

A proximity where he reached a peak that cannot be scaled

While the Spirit was left behind in its lowlands

Praise be for his ascension and his return

And for that which he brought from his Lord

When Allah blessed him by exalting his presence

He stood in the darkness in gratitude, and within his garments

Was a body cast in the gardens of piety

He is a master who gives bountifully and does not remind of his favor

And by his light, the face of the heights became beautiful

Whoever seeks refuge in the sanctuary of his loftiness shall not be humbled

Stern in the face of fierce war, yet if there be

Peace, then Ahmad is smiling and joyful

He is a sun of grace, and his companions are its moons

His lights overflowed upon their inner secrets

When his lighthouse rose high for his Emigrants

His Helpers rose to support his religion

And the blood of the enemies was shed by their swords

For they are the ones who clarified for us the summary

Of our religion, and related it to us in detail

How often they led the enemies to the watering place of death

A people who tomorrow shall arrive at a pure, sweet fount

While their enemy is shackled and led away
