يَا آلْ بَاعَلَوِي شَفَاعَةْ كُلُّ كُرْبَةْ تَنْجَلِي
وَ بِكُمْ يَا أَهْلَ الوِلَايَةْ كُلُّ حَاجَةْ تَنْقَضِي
yā āl bāʿalawī shafāʿah kullu kurbah tanjalī
wa bikum yā ahlal wilāyah kullu ḥājah tanqaḍī
O Bā 'Alawi, by your intercession all tribulation is relieved
and through you, O people of sainthood, all needs are fulfilled
يَا فَقِيهُ يَا مُقَدَّمْ يَا مُحَمَّدْ بِنْ عَلِي
يَا وَجِيهُ يَا مُكَرَّمْ عَنْدَ مَوْلَاكَ العَلِي
yā faqīhu yā muqaddam yā muḥammad bin ʿalī
yā wa jīhu yā mukarram ʿanda mawlākal ʿalī
O Faqīh, O Foremost, O Muhammad bin 'Ali
O prominent one, O honored one in the site of your Exalted Master
أَنْتَ وَ أَوْلَادَكْ وَ صَحْبَكْ عِنْدَكُمْ كَمْ مِنْ وَلِي
نَطْلُبُ السَّقَّافَ غَارَةْ ذَاكَ لِي بَحْرُهْ مَلِي
anta wa awlādak wa ṣaḥbak ʿindakum kam min wa lī
naṭlubus saqqāfa ghārah dhāka lī baḥruh malī
You, your children, and your companions - how many saints come from you
We seek from you, O Saqqāf, protection; his ocean is plentiful for me.
وَ ابْنُهُ المِحْضَارْ يَحْضُرْ وَ المُهَدَّرْ بُو عَلِي
وَ إِنْ ذَكَرْتَ العَيْدَرُوسْ كُلَّ كُرْبَةْ تَنْجَلِي
wa bnuhul miḥḍār yaḥḍur wal muhaddar bū ʿalī
wa in dhakartal ʿaydarūs kulla kurbah tanjalī
His son, Miḥḍār, is present and Muhaddar, the father of 'Ali
and if you mentioned 'Aydarūs, all tribulations are relieved
غَارَةً يَا العَيْدَرُوسْ فِي العَجَلْ لَا تَمْهَلِ
يَا كَبِيرَ الصُّوفِيَّةْ عَنْدَكَ المَرْعَى فَلِي
ghāratan yāl ʿaydarūs fīl ʿajal lā tamhali
yā kabīraṣ ṣūfiyyah ʿandakal marʿā falī
Protection, O 'Aydarūs, in the moment; don't delay
O great spiritual master, your's is the grazing pastures.
وَ ابْنَ سَالِمْ وَ الحُسَيْنْ ذُو المَقَامِ المُعْتَلِي
آلَ عَلَوِي كُلُّكُمْ سَاعِدُونِي يَا أَهْلِي
wa bna sālim wal ḥusayn dhūl maqāmil muʿtalī
āla ʿalawī kullukum sāʿidūnī yā ahlī
O Ibn Sālim, O Ḥusayn possessor of the lofty station
O family of 'Alawi, all of you! Help me, O my family!
عِنْدَكُمْ مَا أَنَا غَرِيبْ صَاحِبَ الدَّارْ أَهْلِي
سَاعِدُونِي وَ اسْرَعُوا بِالغِيَاثِ العَاجِلِ
ʿindakum mā anā gharīb ṣāḥibad dār ahlī
sāʿidūnī wa sraʿū bil ghiyāthil ʿājili
In your presence, I am not a stranger.
aid me and hasten to my urgent assistance.
وَ اسْتَغِيثُوا بِالنَّبِي الرَّحِيمِ الوَاصِلِ
فَإِنَّ مَوْلَانَا يُجِيبْ دَعْوَةً لِلسَّائِلِ
wa staghīthū bin nabīr raḥīmil wāṣili
fa inna mawlānā yujīb daʿwatan lilssā'ili
Seek help by means of the unifying, merciful, Prophet -
for indeed, our Master responds to the call of the beseecher.
يَا رَسُولَ اللهْ قُمْ يَا مَخَلِّصْ مَنْ بُلِي
أَنْتَ الَّذِي تُرْجَى لَهَا فِي المَقَامِ الهَائِلِ
yā rasūla Allah qum yā makhalliṣ man bulī
antal ladhī turjā lahā fīl maqāmil hā'ili
O Messenger of Allah, Stand, O Liberator of the distressed!
You are the one in whom hopes are put at the terrifying place of standing
