رَبِّي لَهُ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَى
My Lord Possesses the Most Beautiful Names

رَبِّي لَهُ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَى
تُسَبِّحْ لَهُ الْأكْوَانْ
rabbī lahul asmā’ul ḥusnā
tusabbiḥ lahul ākwan
My Lord possesses the Most Beautiful Names,
All creation glorifies Him
إِلَيْهِ يَرْجِعُ كُلُّ أَمْرٍ
كُلُّ زَمَانٍ وَكُلَّ مَكَانْ
ilayhi yarjiʿu kullu amrin
kullu zamānin wakulla makān
To Him returns every single affair,
Every time and every place
إِذَا دَعَوْتْ فَادْعُ الْإِلَهْ
وَإِنِ اسْتَجَرْتَ فَلُذْ بِاللَّهْ
idhā daʿawt fad ʿul ilah
wa inis tajarta faludh billāh
When you call out, invoke the One God,
And if you seek refuge, turn to Allah
مَا لَنَا مَوْلًى سِوَاهْ
عَفُوٌّ كَرِيمٌ وَرَحْمَانْ
mā lanā mawlan siwah
ʿafuwwun karīmun waraḥmān
We have no Protector besides Him,
The Pardoner, Generous, and All-Merciful
رَبِّي لَهُ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَى
تُسَبِّحْ لَهُ الْأكْوَانْ
rabbī lahul asmā’ul ḥusnā

My Lord possesses the Most Beautiful Names,
All creation glorifies Him

To Him returns every single affair,
Every time and every place
اتَّقِ اللَّهْ وَلَهُ اِصْبِرْ
فَالْصَّبْرُ فِي الْعُقْبَى حَمِيدْ
āttaqillāh walahu iṣbir
fal ṣṣabru fīl ʿuqbā ḥamīd
Be mindful of Allah, and remain patient for His sake,
For patience yields a praised outcome
وَتَزَوَّدْ عِلْمًا وَبَيَانًا
مِنَ الْسُّنَّةِ وَالْقُرْآنْ
watazawwad ʿilman wabayānan
minal ssunnati wal qurān
And equip yourself with knowledge and understanding,
Drawn from the Sunnah and the Qur'an
