عِزِّي أَنْتَ عِزِّي يَا رَسُولَ الله
You are my honor, O Messenger of Allah!

عِـزِّي أَنْـتَ عِـزِّي يَـا رَسُـولَ الـلـه
جَـاهِـي أَنْـتَ جَـاهِـي يَـا أَبـا الـزَّهْـرَة
ʿizzī anta ʿizzī yā rasūla Allah
jāhī anta jāhī yā abaz zahrah
My honor You are, my honor, O Messenger of Allah
My dignity—you are my dignity, O Father of al-Zahrāʾ.
يَـا مَـعْـدِنَ الْأَنْـوَار
يَـا مَـنْـبَـعَ الْأَسْـرَار
yā maʿdinal anwar
yā manbaʿal asrār
O core of all lights
O source of all secrets
يَـا خِـيْـرَةَ الْأَخْـيَارِ
يَـا خَـيْـرَ خَـلْـقِ الـلّٰـهِ
yā khiyratal akhyāri
yā khayra khalqillāhi
O chosen of the elite
O best of Allah’s creation
يَـا أَكْـحَـلَ الْـعَـيْـنَـيْـن
يَـا سَـيِّـدَ الْـكَـوْنَـيْـن
yā akḥalal ʿaynayn
yā sayyidal kawnayn
O beautiful one with the dark-lined eyes
O Master of the two worlds
يَـا ثَـانِيَ الْإِثْـنَـيْـنِ
يَـا خَـيْـرَ خَـلْـقِ الـلّٰـهِ
yā thāniyal ithnayni
yā khayra khalqillāhi
O second of the two in the cave
O best of Allah’s creation
يَـا نَـاصِـرَ الْإِسْـلَامِ
بِـالـسَّـيْـفِ وَالْإِقْـدَامِ
yā nāṣiral islāmi
bis sayfi wal iqdāmi
O supporter of Islam
With the sword and with valor
يَـا وَاصِـلَ الْأَرْحَـامِ
يَـا خَـيْـرَ خَـلْـقِ الـلّٰـهِ
yā wāṣilal arḥāmi
yā khayra khalqillāhi
O upholder of kinship
O best of Allah’s creation
غَـزَالـَةُ الْـوَادِي
نَـادَتْ عَـلَـى الْـهَـادِي
ghazālatul wādī
nādat ʿalal hādī
The gazelle of the valley
Called upon the Guide
اِضْـمَـنْ لِـي صَـيَّـادِي
يَـا خَـيْـرَ خَـلْـقِ الـلّٰـهِ
iḍman lī ṣayyādī
yā khayra khalqillāhi
Protect me from my hunter
O best of Allah’s creation
اَلـضَّـبُّ مَـاذَا قَـالَ؟،
يَـشْـهَـد لَـهُ فِـي الْـحَـال
alḍḍabbu mādhā qāla
yashhad lahu fīl ḥaāl
What did the lizard say?
It bore witness to him instantly
بِـأَنَّـكَ الْـمِـفْـضَـالُ
يَـا خَـيْـرَ خَـلْـقِ الـلّٰـهِ
bi annakal mifḍālu
yā khayra khalqillāhi
That you are the most virtuous
O best of Allah’s creation
جَـاءَتْ لَـكَ الْأَشْـجَار
تَـمْـشِـي بِـلَا اسْـتِـقْـرَارِ
jā’at lakal ashjār
tamshī bilas tiqrāri
The trees came to you
Walking without remaining fixed
تَـسْـتُـرُكَ مِـثْـلَ الـدَّارِ
يَـا خَـيْـرَ خَـلْـقِ الـلّٰـهِ
tasturuka mithlad dāri
yā khayra khalqillāhi
Sheltering you like a dwelling
O best of Allah’s creation
اِسْـمُـكَ عَـلَـى الْـجَـنَّـةِ
يَـا غَـايَـةَ الْـمِـنَّـةِ
ismuka ʿalal jannati
yā ghāyatal minnati
Your name is upon Paradise
O ultimate gift!
يَـا صَـاحِـبَ الـسُّـنَّـةِ
يَـا خَـيْـرَ خَـلْـقِ الـلّٰـهِ
yā ṣāḥibas sunnati
yā khayra khalqillāhi
O possessor of the Sunnah
O best of Allah’s creation
يَـا غَـايَـةَ الْـغَـايَـاتِ
يَـا عَـالِيَ الـدَّرَجَـاتِ
yā ghāyatal ghāyāti
yā ʿāliyad darajāti
O Ultimate Desire
O exalted in ranks
فِـي سَـائِـرِ الْـحَـالَاتِ
يَـا خَـيْـرَ خَـلْـقِ الـلّٰـهِ
fī sā’iril ḥālāti
yā khayra khalqillāhi
In every state of being
O best of Allah’s creation
وَحَـسْـبُـنَـا الْـوَكِـيـلُ
اَلْـقَـادِرُ الْـجَـلِـيـلُ
waḥasbunal wakīlu
alqādirul jalīlu
Sufficient for us is the Allah, the Trustee
The All-Powerful, the Majestic
لَـنَـا الـنَّـبِـيُّ كَـفِـيـل
لَا نَـخْـشَـى إِلَّا الـلّٰـهَ
lanan nabiyyu kafīl
lā nakhshā illa Allaha
The Prophet is our guarantor
We fear none but Allah
وَاخْـتِـمْ لَـنَـا بِـالـدِّيـنِ
فِـي سَـاعَـةِ الْـيَـقِـيـنِ
wakh tim lanā bid dīni
fī sāʿatil yaqīni
Seal our end with the faith
At the hour of certainty
نَـفُـوزُ يَـوْمَ الـدِّيـنِ
نَـلْـقَـى رَسُـولَ الـلّٰـهِ
nafūzu yawmad dīni
nalqā rasūla Allahi
May we triumph on the Day of Judgment
Meeting the Messenger of Allah
