وَنَا دَاخِلْ عَالَأعْتَابُ وَعَلَى القُبَّةِ الخَضْرَا
As I Enter Upon The Thresholds And Beneath The Green Dome
وَنَا دَاخِلْ عَالَأعْتَابُ وَعَلَى القُبَّةِ الخَضْرَا
wanā dākhil ʿālaāʿtābu waʿalal qubbatil khaḍrā
As I enter upon the thresholds and beneath the green dome
نَظْرَةْ نَظْرَةْ يَاسِيدِي كِرْمَالْ عَلِي وَالزَّهْرَا
naẓrah naẓrah yāsīdī kirmaāl ʿalī waz zahrā
A glance, a glance, O my master, for the sake of Ali and Zahra
بَاللّه نَظْرَةْ يَا جَدَّاهْ كِرْمَالْ عَلِي وَالزَّهْرَا
ba Allah naẓrah yā jaddāh kirmaāl ʿalī waz zahrā
By God, a glance, O grandfather, for the sake of Ali and Zahra
وَنَا لَمْدَحْ مُحْمَّدْ وَابُو بَكِرِ الصِدِّيقِ
wanā lamdaḥ muḥmmad wābū bakiriṣ ṣiddīqi
And I praise Muhammad and Abu Bakr the Truthful
بِاللَّه نَظْرَةْ يَا سِيدِي يَا صَاحِبَ التَحْقِيقِ
billāh naẓrah yā sīdī yā ṣāḥibat taḥqīqi
By God, a glance, O my master, O possessor of realization
وَنَا دَاخِلْ عَالَأعْتَابُ وَعَلَى القُبَّةِ الخَضْرَا
wanā dākhil ʿālaāʿtābu waʿalal qubbatil khaḍrā
As I enter upon the thresholds and beneath the green dome
نَظْرَةْ نَظْرَةْ يَاسِيدِي كِرْمَالْ عَلِي وَالزَّهْرَا
naẓrah naẓrah yāsīdī kirmaāl ʿalī waz zahrā
A glance, a glance, O my master, for the sake of Ali and Zahra
بَاللّه نَظْرَةْ يَا جَدَّاهْ كِرْمَالْ عَلِي وَالزَّهْرَا
ba Allah naẓrah yā jaddāh kirmaāl ʿalī waz zahrā
By God, a glance, O grandfather, for the sake of Ali and Zahra
وَنَا لَمْدَحْ مُحَمَّدْ وَعُمَرْ يَا ابْنَ الخَطَّابِ
wanā lamdaḥ muḥammad waʿumar yab nal khaṭṭābi
And I praise Muhammad and Umar ibn al-Khattab
بِاللّه نَظْرَةْ يَا سِيدِي يَا مُلْهَمْ لِلْصَوَابِ
billāh naẓrah yā sīdī yā mulham lilṣawābi
By God, a glance, O my master, O inspired with righteousness
وَنَا دَاخِلْ عَالَأعْتَابُ وَعَلَى القُبَّةِ الخَضْرَا
wanā dākhil ʿālaāʿtābu waʿalal qubbatil khaḍrā
As I enter upon the thresholds and beneath the green dome
نَظْرَةْ نَظْرَةْ يَاسِيدِي كِرْمَالْ عَلِي وَالزَّهْرَا
naẓrah naẓrah yāsīdī kirmaāl ʿalī waz zahrā
A glance, a glance, O my master, for the sake of Ali and Zahra
بَاللّه نَظْرَةْ يَا جَدَّاهْ كِرْمَالْ عَلِي وَالزَّهْرَا
ba Allah naẓrah yā jaddāh kirmaāl ʿalī waz zahrā
By God, a glance, O grandfather, for the sake of Ali and Zahra
وَنَا لَمْدَحْ مُحَمَّدْ وَعُثْمَانِ ابْنَ العَفَّانِ
wanā lamdaḥ muḥammad waʿuthmānib nal ʿaffāni
And I praise Muhammad and Uthman ibn Affan
بِاللّه نَظْرَةْ يَا سِيدِي يَا جَامِعَ القُرْآنِ
billāh naẓrah yā sīdī yā jāmiʿal qurāni
By God, a glance, O my master, O compiler of the Quran
وَنَا دَاخِلْ عَالَأعْتَابُ وَعَلَى القُبَّةِ الخَضْرَا
wanā dākhil ʿālaāʿtābu waʿalal qubbatil khaḍrā
As I enter upon the thresholds and beneath the green dome

By God, a glance, O grandfather, for the sake of Ali and Zahra
وَنَا لَمْدَحْ مُحَمَّدْ وَعَلِي يَا قُرِّةْ عَيْنِي
wanā lamdaḥ muḥammad waʿalī yā qurrih ʿaynī
And I praise Muhammad and Ali, O delight of my eyes
بِاللّه نَظْرَةْ يَا سِيدِي يَا وَالِدَ السَّبْطَيْنِ
billāh naẓrah yā sīdī yā wālidas sabṭayni
By God, a glance, O my master, O father of the two grandsons
