Anthem for the Prophet ﷺ
නබිතුමාණන් ﷺ වෙනුවෙන් වූ අභිනන්දන ගීතය
Si
Ṣalli rabbī ʿala n-nabiyyi, shafīʿinā Aḥmad
Ṣalli rabbī ʿala n-nabiyyi, shafīʿinā Aḥmad
මගේ ස්වාමීනි, අපගේ මැදිහත්කරු අහ්මද් නබිතුමාට ආශිර්වාද කරනු මැනව
මගේ ස්වාමීනි, අපගේ නායක මුහම්මද් නබිතුමාට ආශිර්වාද කරනු මැනව
The people that in darkness dwelt,
අඳුරේ වාසය කළ ජනයා
A glorious light have seen
මහිමාන්විත ආලෝකයක් දැක ඇත
God's prophet now to them hath come,
දෙවියන්වහන්සේගේ නබිතුමා දැන් ඔවුන් වෙත පැමිණ ඇත
Muhammad, Al-Amin
අල්-අමීන් නම් වූ මුහම්මද් තුමාණෝ
We hail thee, Allah's Prophet true,
අල්ලාහ්ගේ සැබෑ නබිතුමාණෙනි, අපි ඔබට ආචාර කරමු
Of prophecy the seal
නබිත්වයේ අවසාන මුද්‍රාව වූ
We read with reverence the Book,
අපි මහත් ගෞරවයෙන් එම පුණ්‍ය ග්‍රන්ථය කියවමු
Thou wast sent to reveal
එය හෙළි කරනු පිණිස ඔබව එවනු ලැබුවේය
For thou the burden did'st remove,
මන්ද ඔබ එම බර ඉවත් කළ බැවිනි
Idolatry's fell rod
රූප වන්දනාවේ දරුණු දණ්ඩනය
And in thy day the idols fell,
තවද ඔබගේ කාලයේදී රූප පිළිම බිඳ වැටුණි
Before the Sword of God
දෙවියන්වහන්සේගේ කඩුව ඉදිරියේ
To bless Arabia and the world,
අරාබියට සහ මුළු ලෝකයට ආශිර්වාද කරනු පිණිස
Most surely thou wast raised
සැබවින්ම ඔබව පහළ කරනු ලැබුවේය
We'll sing thy praises evermore,
අපි සදහටම ඔබගේ ගුණ කීර්තිය ගයන්නෙමු
Our Mustafa, the praised
අපගේ ප්‍රශංසනීය මුස්තෆා තුමාණෙනි
We watch with gentle, fostering care,
අපි ඉතා සෙනෙහසින් සහ සැලකිල්ලෙන් බලමු
The seed that thou hast sown
ඔබ වපුරා ඇති එම බීජය දෙස
And trust to hear the world declare,
ලෝකය මෙසේ ප්‍රකාශ කරනු ඇතැයි අපි විශ්වාස කරමු
God's prophet as its own
