Ṣalli rabbī ʿala n-nabiyyi, shafīʿinā Aḥmad
Ṣalli rabbī ʿala n-nabiyyi, shafīʿinā Aḥmad
Apuy, Ahmad profetaman saminchayniykita kachay
Apuy, Muhammad wiracochanchisman saminchayniykita kachay
The people that in darkness dwelt,
Laqha ukhupi tiyaq runakunaqa,
A glorious light have seen
Huk qapaq k'anchaytan rikurqanku
God's prophet now to them hath come,
Diospa profetanmi kunan paykunaman hamun,
Muhammad, Al-Amin
Muhammad, Al-Amin sutichasqa
We hail thee, Allah's Prophet true,
Napaykuykiku, Allahpa chiqaq Profetan,
Of prophecy the seal
Lliw profetachaypa qapaq ch'inkun
We read with reverence the Book,
Yupaychaywanmi Ch'uya Qillqata ñawinchayku,
Thou wast sent to reveal
Sut'inchanaykipaqmi kachamusqa karqanki
For thou the burden did'st remove,
Qammi chay llasa q'ipita horqonki,
Idolatry's fell rod
Wak'a yupaychaypa millay tawnanta
And in thy day the idols fell,
P'unchayniykipitaq wak'akunaqa urmarqan,
Before the Sword of God
Diospa k'apaq Espadanpa ñawpaqinpi
To bless Arabia and the world,
Arabia suyuta lliw pachatawan saminchaypaq,
Most surely thou wast raised
Chiqaptapunim qamqa hoqarisqa karqanki
We'll sing thy praises evermore,
Wiñaypaqmi yupaychayniykita takisunchis,
Our Mustafa, the praised
Mustafa-niyku, yupaychasqa kaq
We watch with gentle, fostering care,
Llamp'u uywaq khuyapayaywanmi qhawapuyku,
The seed that thou hast sown
Tarpusqayki mujutaqa
And trust to hear the world declare,
Suyakuykutaqmi lliw pacha ninanta,
God's prophet as its own
