The people that in darkness dwelt,
Lud, który w ciemnościach przebywał,
A glorious light have seen
Chwalebne ujrzał światło
God's prophet now to them hath come,
Boży Prorok do nich teraz przybył,

We hail thee, Allah's Prophet true,
Witamy Cię, prawdziwy Proroku Allaha,
Of prophecy the seal

We read with reverence the Book,

Thou wast sent to reveal

For thou the burden did'st remove,
