Beneziga, Senhor mieu, lo Profèta nòstre intercessor Ahmad
Beneziga, Senhor mieu, lo Profèta nòstre mèstre Muhammad
The people that in darkness dwelt,
Lo pòble que dins las tenebras demorava
A glorious light have seen
Una lutz gloriosa an vista
God's prophet now to them hath come,
Lo profèta de Dieu es ara vengut a eles
Muhammad, Al-Amin
Muhammad, Al-Amin
We hail thee, Allah's Prophet true,
Te saludam, vertadièr Profèta d'Allah
Of prophecy the seal
De la profecia lo sagèl
We read with reverence the Book,
Legissèm amb reveréncia lo Libre
Thou wast sent to reveal
Que fuguères mandat per revelar
For thou the burden did'st remove,
Car as levat lo fais
Idolatry's fell rod
De l'idolatria la verga cruèla
And in thy day the idols fell,
E en lo tieu jorn los idòls tombèron
Before the Sword of God
Davant l'Espasa de Dieu
To bless Arabia and the world,
Per benir Arabia e lo mond
Most surely thou wast raised
Certanament fuguères elevat
We'll sing thy praises evermore,
Cantarem tas lausors per totjorn
Our Mustafa, the praised
Nòstre Mustafà, lo lausat
We watch with gentle, fostering care,
Velham amb una suava e mairala cura
The seed that thou hast sown
La semença qu'as semenada
And trust to hear the world declare,
E fisam d'ausir lo mond declarar
God's prophet as its own
