Translation

I envy the sand that met his feet

ကိုယ်တော်၏ ခြေတော်နှင့် ထိတွေ့ခွင့်ရခဲ့သော သဲပွင့်များကို ကျွန်ုပ်အားကျမိပါသည်

I’m jealous of honey he tasted sweet

ကိုယ်တော် မြိန်ယှက်စွာ မြည်းစမ်းခဲ့သော ပျားရည်ချိုကို ကျွန်ုပ်မနာလိုဖြစ်ရပါသည်

Of birds that hovered above his head

ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဦးခေါင်းထက်တွင် ဝဲပျံခဲ့ကြသော ငှက်ကလေးများကို လည်းကောင်း

Of spiders who spun their sacred web

မွန်မြတ်သော ပင့်ကူအိမ်ကို ရက်လုပ်ခဲ့ကြသည့် ပင့်ကူများကို လည်းကောင်း

To save him from his enemies

ရန်သူများ၏ ဘေးအန္တရာယ်မှ ကိုယ်တော့်ကို ကယ်တင်ရန်အတွက်

I envy clouds formed from the seas

ပင်လယ်ပြင်မှ ဖြစ်တည်လာသော မိုးတိမ်တိုက်များကို ကျွန်ုပ်အားကျမိပါသည်

That gave him cover from the heat

ကိုယ်တော့်ကို အပူရှိန်မှ အရိပ်အာဝါသ ပေးခဲ့ကြသော တိမ်တိုက်များ

Of a sun whose light could not compete

ကိုယ်တော်၏ အလင်းနှင့် မနှိုင်းယှဉ်နိုင်သော နေမင်း၏ အပူရှိန်မှ

With his, whose face did shine so bright

အလွန်တောက်ပစွာ လင်းလက်သော မျက်နှာတော်ပိုင်ရှင်၏ အလင်းနှင့်

That all was clear in blinding night

မှောင်မိုက်သော ညဉ့်အလယ်တွင် အရာရာကို ရှင်းလင်းထင်ရှားစေခဲ့သည်

I envy sightless trees that gazed

ကြည်ညိုစိုက်ကြည့်နေကြသော မျက်စိမရှိသည့် သစ်ပင်များကို ကျွန်ုပ်အားကျမိပါသည်

Upon his form completely dazed

ကိုယ်တော်၏ ရူပါရုံကို ငေးမောရင်း အံ့အားသင့်နေကြသော သစ်ပင်များ

Not knowing if the sun had risen

နေမင်း ထွက်ပေါ်လာခြင်း ရှိ၊ မရှိကိုပင် သူတို့ မသိကြသော်လည်း

But felt themselves in unison

သူတို့ကိုယ်သူတို့ တစ်သားတည်း ဖြစ်နေသည်ဟု ခံစားခဲ့ရသည်

With those who prayed, and fasted too

ဝတ်ပြုဆုတောင်းခြင်းနှင့် ဥပုသ်သီလ ဆောက်တည်သူများနှင့်အတူ

Simply because he told them to

ကိုယ်တော်က ထိုသို့ပြုလုပ်ရန် သူတို့ကို မိန့်ကြားခဲ့သောကြောင့်သာ ဖြစ်သည်

With truth and kindness, charity

အမှန်တရား၊ ကြင်နာမှုနှင့် စွန့်ကြဲပေးကမ်းခြင်းတို့ဖြင့်

From God who gave such clarity

ထိုသို့သော ရှင်းလင်းမှုကို ပေးသနားတော်မူသော အရှင်မြတ်ထံတော်မှ

His mercy comes in one He sent

အရှင်မြတ် စေလွှတ်တော်မူသော အတုမဲ့ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တွင် ကရုဏာတော်များ ကိန်းဝပ်သည်

To mold our hearts more heaven bent

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ နှလုံးသားများကို ကောင်းကင်ဘုံသို့ ပို၍ ဦးတည်စေရန် ပုံသွင်းပေးခဲ့သည်

I envy all there at his side

ကိုယ်တော်၏ အပါးတော်တွင် ရှိနေခဲ့သူ အားလုံးကို ကျွန်ုပ်အားကျမိပါသည်

Who watched the turning of the tide

အခြေအနေအရပ်ရပ် ပြောင်းလဲလာပုံကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခဲ့ကြသူများ

As truth prevailed and falsehood fled

အမှန်တရား အောင်နိုင်၍ မုသာဝါဒများ ထွက်ပြေးတိမ်းရှောင်သွားချိန်တွင်

And hope restored life to the dead

မျှော်လင့်ချက်များက သေဆုံးနေသော ဘဝများကို အသက်ပြန်သွင်းပေးခဲ့သည်

Men and Women through him found grace

အမျိုးသား၊ အမျိုးသမီးအပေါင်းတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်မှတစ်ဆင့် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ရရှိခဲ့ကြသည်

To seek together God’s noble face

အရှင်မြတ်၏ မွန်မြတ်လှသော မျက်နှာတော်ကို အတူတကွ ရှာဖွေနိုင်ရန်အတွက်

I envy the cup that gave him drink

ကိုယ်တော် သောက်သုံးခဲ့သည့် ဖလားကို ကျွန်ုပ်မနာလိုဖြစ်ရပါသည်

His thoughts that helped us all to think

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အားလုံးကို စဉ်းစားဆင်ခြင်နိုင်စေခဲ့သော ကိုယ်တော်၏ အတွေးအကြံများ

To be one thought that passed his mind

ကိုယ်တော်၏ စိတ်အာရုံတွင် ဖြတ်သန်းသွားသော အတွေးတစ်ခုမျှသာ ဖြစ်လိုပါသည်

Inspiring him to act so kind

ထိုသို့သော ကြင်နာမှုများကို ပြုမူရန် တိုက်တွန်းနှိုးဆော်ခဲ့သည့် အတွေးစ

For me this world is not one jot

ကျွန်ုပ်အတွက်မူ ဤလောကကြီးသည် အမှုမထားလောက်သော အရာပင်ဖြစ်သည်

If I could simply be a thought

ကျွန်ုပ်သည် အတွေးစလေးတစ်ခုမျှသာ ဖြစ်ခွင့်ရမည်ဆိုလျှင်

From him to God throughout the ages

ခေတ်အဆက်ဆက် ကိုယ်တော်မှတစ်ဆင့် အရှင်မြတ်ထံသို့ ဦးတည်သော အတွေး

As revelation came in stages

ဗျာဒိတ်တော်များ အဆင့်ဆင့် ကျရောက်လာသည်နှင့်အမျှ

I pity all who think it odd

ထူးဆန်းသည်ဟု ထင်မြင်နေသူ အားလုံးကို ကျွန်ုပ် သနားမိပါသည်

To hear him say there is one God

အရှင်မြတ်သည် တစ်ဆူတည်းသာ ရှိသည်ဟု ကိုယ်တော်မြွက်ကြားသည်ကို ကြားရခြင်းအပေါ်

Or he was sent by God to men

သို့မဟုတ် ကိုယ်တော်သည် လူသားတို့ထံသို့ အရှင်မြတ်စေလွှတ်သော စေတမန်ဖြစ်သည်ဟူသည်ကို

To hone their spirits’ acumen

သူတို့၏ စိတ်ဝိညာဉ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ထက်မြက်မှုကို သွေးပေးရန်အတွက်

It’s pride that blinds us from the sight

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ အမြင်အာရုံကို ကွယ်စေသည်မှာ မာန်မာနသာ ဖြစ်သည်

That helps good men to see his light

ကိုယ်တော်၏ အလင်းတော်ကို သူတော်စင်များ မြင်တွေ့နိုင်အောင် ကူညီပေးသည့် အမြင်

He taught us all to be God’s slaves

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အားလုံးကို အရှင်မြတ်၏ အစေခံများဖြစ်ရန် ကိုယ်တော် သွန်သင်ခဲ့သည်

And he will be the one who saves

ကိုယ်တော်သည်သာလျှင် အမှန်တကယ် ကယ်တင်မည့်သူ ဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်

Humanity from sinful pride

လူသားမျိုးနွယ်ကို အပြစ်ရှိသော မာန်မာနများမှ ကယ်တင်မည့်သူ

Muhammad has God on his side

မုဟမ္မဒ်သခင်၏ အပါးတွင် အရှင်မြတ် အမြဲရှိနေတော်မူသည်

So on this day be blessed and sing

ထို့ကြောင့် ယနေ့တွင် မင်္ဂလာအပေါင်းနှင့် ပြည့်စုံစွာ သီဆိုကြလော့

For he was born to grace our Spring

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ နွေဦးကို တင့်တယ်စေရန် ကိုယ်တော် ဖွားမြင်လာခဲ့သည်

With lilies, flowers, life’s rebirth

နှင်းပန်းများ၊ ပန်းမာလာများနှင့် ဘဝသစ် ပြန်လည်မွေးဖွားခြင်းတို့ဖြင့်

In a dome of green like his on earth
