Ṣalli rabbī ʿala n-nabiyyi, shafīʿinā Aḥmad
Ṣalli rabbī ʿala n-nabiyyi, shafīʿinā Aḥmad
Svētī, mans Kungs, Pravieti, mūsu aizbildni Ahmedu
Svētī, mans Kungs, Pravieti, mūsu kungu Muhamedu
The people that in darkness dwelt,
Ļaudis, kas tumsībā mita,
A glorious light have seen
Ir varenu gaismu redzējusi
God's prophet now to them hath come,
Dieva pravietis pie tiem tagad ir nācis,
Muhammad, Al-Amin
Muhameds, Al-Amīns
We hail thee, Allah's Prophet true,
Mēs sveicam tevi, Allāha patieso Pravieti,
Of prophecy the seal
Pravietojumu zīmogu
We read with reverence the Book,
Ar bijību mēs lasām Grāmatu,
Thou wast sent to reveal
Kuru sūtīts biji tu atklāt
For thou the burden did'st remove,
Jo tu šo nastu noņēmi,
Idolatry's fell rod
Elkdievības bargo rīksti
And in thy day the idols fell,
Un tavā laikā elki krita,
Before the Sword of God
Dieva zobena priekšā
To bless Arabia and the world,
Lai svētītu Arābiju un pasauli,
Most surely thou wast raised
Tu patiesi tiku augšup celts
We'll sing thy praises evermore,
Mēs dziedāsim tavas slavas dziesmas mūžam,
Our Mustafa, the praised
Mūsu Mustafa, slavētais
We watch with gentle, fostering care,
Mēs vērojam ar maigu, gādīgu rūpi,
The seed that thou hast sown
To sēklu, ko esi sējis
And trust to hear the world declare,
Un ceram dzirdēt pasauli vēstām,
God's prophet as its own
