Ṣalli rabbī ʿala n-nabiyyi, shafīʿinā Aḥmad
Ṣalli rabbī ʿala n-nabiyyi, shafīʿinā Aḥmad
Beneïu, Senyor meu, el Profeta, intercessor nostre Ahmad
Beneïu, Senyor meu, el Profeta, mestre nostre Muhammad
The people that in darkness dwelt,
El poble que habitava en la foscor,
A glorious light have seen
Una llum gloriosa ha contemplat
God's prophet now to them hath come,
El profeta de Déu ja ha vingut a ells,
Muhammad, Al-Amin
Muhammad, l'Al-Amin
We hail thee, Allah's Prophet true,
Et saludem, profeta ver d'Al·là,
Of prophecy the seal
De la profecia el segell
We read with reverence the Book,
Llegim amb reverència el Llibre,
Thou wast sent to reveal
Que vas ser enviat a revelar
For thou the burden did'st remove,
Car tu vas treure la feixuga càrrega,
Idolatry's fell rod
La vara cruel de la idolatria
And in thy day the idols fell,
I en els teus dies els ídols caigueren,
Before the Sword of God
Davant l'espasa de Déu
To bless Arabia and the world,
Per beneir Aràbia i el món sencer,
Most surely thou wast raised
Certament vas ser enviat
We'll sing thy praises evermore,
Cantarem les teves lloances per sempre més,
Our Mustafa, the praised
El nostre Mustafà, l'Elogiat
We watch with gentle, fostering care,
Vetllem amb cura dolça i sol·lícita,
The seed that thou hast sown
La llavor que tu vas sembrar
And trust to hear the world declare,
I confiem a sentir el món declarar,
God's prophet as its own
